September

September 8 - School Starts!!

October

October 4 - Parent Meeting 

October 8 - 10:30 am, Salem Fire visits school for Fire Prevention Week

October 11 - No School (Columbus Day)

October 21 - 9:00 am, Field Trip to Bauman Farms Pumpkin Patch, meet at Bauman Farms.  Directions will be available at school.  Fee is $5.00/person, please make checks payable to Bauman Farms & give to Julie. 

November

November 1,2 - Academic assessment of children 

November 9 - 10:00 am, Field Trip to Roth's Sunnyslope grocery store.  Meet at store.  No charge.

November 11 - All childrens' immunizations & immunization forms to be current

Novmeber 11 12 - Parent conferences

November 15 - No School (Veteran's Day Holiday)

November 24 - 1/2 day of preschool, no pm childcare

November 25-28 - No School (Thanksgiving Holiday)

December

December 23 - Christmas Party

December 24 - January 2  - No School (Christmas Vacation)

January

January 3  - School Resumes

January 17 - No School (Martin Luther King Day)

February

February 10 - Valentine Party.  All children welcome.  Sign up sheets for food contributions/party favors will be posted at school. 

February 21 - No School (Presidents' Day)

February 25 - Field Trip to Humane Society.  10:00 a.m., $1.00 per person.

March

March 11- Field Trip to Bauman Farms for garden plants, see animals.  Time and fees to be posted. 

March 17 - St. Patrick's Day Party.  All children welcome.  Sign up sheets for food contributions/party favors will be posted at school.

March  21-27 No School (Spring Break Vacation), school resumes March 28th

April

April 4-5, Academic assessment of children

April 7, 8 - Parent conferences

April 11 - Inservice day, no school 

April 21 - Easter Party.  All children welcome.  Sign up sheets for food contributions/party favors will be posted at school.

April  22- Earth day program 

May

May 13 - Field Trip to Wings of Wonder Butterfly Pavillion, 10 am.  Fees, directions and information available at school. 

May 30 - No School (Memorial Day)

June

June 10 - End of Preschool party

June  13 - Begin Summer Fun Summer Camp program
